Chile: An Alleged Non-Human Caught On Film


I'm from Concepción and have been working in Santiago for little over a a year. On May 10 this year I decided to take some photos at Parque Forestal, taking some 10 shots which I downloaded to my PC the following day .

I thought it would be interesting to photograph a group of Carabineros (state police) on horseback patrolling the sector. The photo was taken at 17:40 hrs approximately from the corner of JM de la Barra and Av. Cardenal José María Caro, in front of bellas Bellas Artes and looking east.

It was a cloudy day and the sun was hidden, for which reason my digital camera ( Kodak DX6490) adjusted to low speed (1/10 seg.).

This is the reason why the photo shows motion (those knowledgeable about photography will know the reason why). Furthermore, the Carabineros were some 20 meters distant, and I employed the camera's optical zoom (10x) which added to the blurred result. .

The fact is that I am very impressed by this image. I attest to the fact that it is not a fraud nor anything similar. For this reason I have made it public and I contacted the staff of CIFAE Chile. I would like to know the true nature of the image that appears in it and if anyone has ever caught anything similar in a photo. Nothing more.

I looked at that picture and i guess that i might be a skeptic but i think that is a doll. The only things moving in that picture are the horses and they are blurred to the left side. So is the doll and if you notice the street lamps they are blurred in the same fashion, now look to the right and notice the trees, they are stationary too if i am not mistaken and they aren't even that blurred. I think that picture was intentionally blurred by the photographer.

Oh PLEASE... Another BLURRY pics of an ALIEN... Happens to be on the INTENET so IDIOTS can be like "WOW, IT LOOKS REAL".... ITS A FAKE and The person did a MOTION BLUR in PHOTOSHOP to make it seem more MYSTERIOUS. THIS IS FAKE... BUt the Photos I will show you of an ALIEN I saw are REAL. I will POST THEM TONIGHT. A REAL ALIEN , I saw it THIS WEEK in SOUTH CAROLINA and I recored it with my Video Camera.

No only that but whoever did it is an amateur. That "being" doesn't even cast a shadow! You see the horses are casting a shadow but the lil alien thing doesn't.

And beleive me you, if there really was an alien there them horse would have sensed it and would not nearly be as calm about it. They would have possibly thrown them riders off their backs
