Notice how they will take your confidential information that you supply when you "join" such as parent's names and personal history and exploit it later on. My point was to show a historical pattern. This girl was "taken in" by York and later stated that she was one of his concubines, although he claims her as a daughter. That's note exploting, thats exposing!!! This girl as you put it wasn't a underage woman, second in this whole book, it never mentions child molestation, not once... The only history I see is angery bitches and punk-dified men, lying about a great black/Indian leader. Sati your point was weak!!!! |

She was born in 1962 and "married" in 1978. That makes her 16. Now I put "married" in quotation marks because the book says her parents weren't around, and according to New York law which has been establised for quite some time: "If either applicant is 16 or 17 years of age, such applicant(s) must present the written consent of both parents. If both applicants are 18 years of age or older, no consents are required. " So, this must not have been a legal marriage according to the law of the State of New York, but some sort of bismiallah marriage. It also stated that in 1974 she did marijuana and drank. She stated she was one of York's concubines, yet he saw her as a daughter. If she is telling the truth--that he took this young girl in as a daughter, then took her as a concubine, it shows a pattern of his behaviour. |

What you don't know, the state had a list of over 200 people willing to come forth who were around in the 70's and early 80's who were willing to testify. That list was presented pre-trial, and they narrowed down their wittness list because of the redundancy and the fact that people were talking about stuff from nearly 30 years ago--they wanted to keep it at the last 7 years or so. But see, that comes from making phone calls and inquirys. I read a news article from way back before trial where it mentioned enough evidence to fill 2 courtrooms and a wittness list over 200. I asked "what happend to all of that" and was told. If, he decided to go forth with a state trial, he will get more than 135 years. He got 135 off of just those few counts--just think how many years he'll get if found guilty of just 5 or 6 of the 200 plus. So, if you really want to see a pattern, you'll see one during the state case if he is crazy enough to go on with that trial. Keep in mind--ya'll focusing on the outcome of the Federal--there is still a State trial in the midst. |

Satiyah, The Feds gave all they had to give in the Federal trial, if the state had more evidense or witnesses they would have put or shut up, save it for those who don't know....

The feds had the weakest case.
The MAJOR case was/IS the STATE!!!!
Not just 11 counts to be considered,

not to mention he did have 1 or 2 cases as far back as the 60s that he PLEADED guilty to statatory RAPE- oh which he plead GUILTY to take a LESSER charge. if doc HAD a case he would have stood up oh HIS behalf in court- and if he had more than just the same repetative LIE - with the cookie cutter stories, he WOULD have used it. one breath he uses habiba OWN father to get up and say she was/is a LIAR- but that is docs ONLY hope for salvation- the 'truths' of a LIAR?hmmmm  |
