You should want to know why are these officials allowing an admitted child molester to roam free. On January 13, 2004 A.D., during the three-week trial of Malachi Z. York, which was in Brunswick Federal Court House in Glynn County, Georgia. On Tuesday January 13, 2004 Ms. Nicole Harden was put on the stand as a witness for the Government. During cross-examination she was asked by Mr. York’s Attorney Adrian Patrick bar no. 1044 Baxter Street Athens, GA 30606 these following questions:

Attorney: Do you know who Abdul Salaam LaRoche aka Shelomoh is?
Harden: Yes I do?
Attorney: How old are you?
Answer: You mean now
Attorney: Yes now
Harden: Age during that time
Attorney: And you know boy named Abdul Salaam LaRoche aka Shelomoh LaRoche Is that right
Harden: Yes
Attorney: How old would you say he is?
Harden: I don’t know around 15
Attorney: How old was he in 1998?
Harden: I guess around 13 or 14
Attorney: Have you ever had sexual intercourse with him?
Harden: Ah. Umm. Yeah
Attorney: Is that yes or no
Harden: Yes I did
Attorney: How old were you in the year it happened.
Harden: Let me think. 29
Attorney: How old was he then
Harden: Around 14
Attorney: Now I want to ask you are you a pedophile?
Harden: A what?
Attorney: I am sorry. Are you a child molester?
Harden: Nope
Attorney: You are not?
Harden: No.
Attorney: but didn’t you just tell this jury, before this judge, before this court that you had sex with an underage boy named Abdul Salaam LaRoche aka Shelomoh.
Harden: Yeah, yes but I’m not a molester
Attorney: Do you know what a child molester is?
Harden: I think so

Harden: I didn’t say that
Attorney: Well you know when an adult has sex with a minor that is child molestation. Now again did you have sex with Abdul Salaam LaRoche aka Shelomoh when he was 14 years old and you were 29?

At this point, the court interrupts the question in order to protect her but in fact it was too late. Nicole Harden has already admitted before the jury and the court to being a pedophile (child molester). She does not have immunity from prosecution from either the federal government or the state of Georgia. Now the big question comes up. Do child molesters belong in jail Yes or No. So why is this woman Nicole Harden AGE 35, not in jail not right now. And why hasn’t this minor boy's parents namely his father Bruce Lucious LaRoche known as Adbul Wali (old) and his mother Mariam Louise Eddington known as Mariam Abdul Wali, not filing charges of child molestation against this woman. If you know them ask them by letter, phone. If you see them ask do you care about your son and why were you so concerned with Mr. York being put away for the rest of his life, saying to others “I have nothing against him personally. But look what he is accused of doing to my children.” Well Abdul Salaam LaRoche aka Shelomoh LaRoche is one of your children and here is a woman, an adult who has admitted in court, under oath that she molested your child and you are doing absolutely nothing. But worse than that why hasn’t:

filed charges against this woman and had her arrested. Why is she still free, the mother of Crystal Harden aka Beluwra, a convicted criminal who was arrested and imprisoned for stealing a vehicle and possessing a loaded weapon? Crystal Harden aka Beluwra was brought to court from prison to testify against Mr. York but was not allowed to be questioned in court regarding her criminal past.

Again I ask you the public, should child molesters be in jail? If your answer is yes then do something about it. Nicole Harden’s statement in court was that she at AGE 29 had sexual intercourse with Abdul Salaam LaRoche aka Sholomoh, AGE 14. It is the truth, she has admitted it.

These are not the word for word transcripts of Nicole Hardens Testimony. These notes were taken from professional stenographer’s present durring the trial. The only way you will know what she said word for word is if you demand that the transcripts to Malachi York’s federal trial be unsealed. This testimony is one of many that they are trying to hide.

First off, if the crime occured in Georgia then it is up to Georgia to prosecute and since she lives now in Washington, they will not extradite her for a misdemeanor charge. I called Sills myself after reading and asked why she had not been charged. I sincerely wanted to know.
The trial was a Federal trial, and her crime was not a Federal crime. The state did not pursue charges because it was only a misdemeanor charge and it happend long enough time ago that there is no need to pursue it. Basically, it would be a waste of time, and to this very moment if the parents do in fact want it to be forced, then they will--but it will not go far in a trial. It even gave her more credibility during trial to the jury because here she was willing to admit that--showing she isn't a liar. For the sake of my point, look at it this way: If she would lie that York did it, if in fact he didn't, then why not lie/deny her own crime? Can someone say DUH. She told the truth--he did it,k and she did it. The parents may sue her for any damages in civil courts if they wish.
Habiba is not facing purjury at this time because she did not purjur herself
When she took the stand, she swore under oath that all she said was the truth.
The affadavit she presented can pose a charge of falsifying information if the courts recieve it. A charge will be pursued if she wrote that document and had it notarized in the State of Georgia. If she wrote it in New York, then it has no basis of criminal pursuit. The affadavit will hold no water regarding a mistrial, and if she takes the stand under oath, then she must admit purjury of her first statement in order for anything she says to even be considered. There will be no immunity for her on Federal charges of perjury, for every statement rendered a perjur, a "count" will be charged. Thus if she told 1 lie, that's 5 years. If she told 20 100 years.
She either is lying now, or lied then. Either way, she is a liar, and now ya'll want to be-lie-eve an admitted liar.

I try to deal justly with you on this York issue, but damn boy you be trying a sista nerves. I should be accustomed to your typical absence of facts and rebuttal to what I stated earlier. What nuwaubians accuse prosection of in this case as "harboring" pedophiles and money structuring criminals by giving them immunity. It's not a pissing contest. It isn't "well this many are now saying he didn't do it". It's about the credibility of those who are still standing firm that he did. Those who are making videos are not victims, but witnesses.
The victims aren't recanting. The ones who are victims and are saying nothing happend, said that from day one, such as Isa and the Evan's twins, thus they did not recant.
Name 1 victim who "recanted testimony given in trial".
