No Satiyah, you still have a ways to go. The government (the real one before the civil war) was created as a republic to PROTECT the rights of sovereign. When the corporation called the U.S. took over the government of the U.S.A. republic, common law for sovereigns went away and color of law for corporations was put into place. We NEVER agreed to do that, its all part of the tricks. Good points about Empress Verdiacee, i remember when she turned YOrk's request to merge with her down. She got the right mindset to get this all corrected.

I distinctly remember their being an US Constitution which says 'We the people (sovereign)...do ordain and establish this constitution.' Notice the word 'THIS' because their were other drafts and other constitutions during that time. It was the sovereign 'People' from which the governement derives it's powers. Take another glance at the Declaration of Independence "That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." Satiyah, the people NEVER voted on the Constitution! It was never put to a vote by we the people. It was done basically as a trust or will FOR the people. Now, to answer the other question about how i know York was turned down by Empress Verdiacee. York's right hand man Anthony Evans (Buns) told me that in a conversation i had with him when i specifally asked him why York and the Empress had not joined forces. When she turned him down, thats exactly when York left Sovereignty alone and moved on to the Egiptian Church of Karast and stopped fooling with the United Nuwabian Nation of Moors. YOrk is slick, he wanted to set up gaming on the land, thats one of the reasons the government wasnt gonna recognize him as a federal tribe.
