Judge C. Ashley Royal has a conflict of interest in the case against Malachi York. He knowingly profiled cases against Nuwaubians such as Gary C. Tatum, Thomas Chism, Tshaka Malik Al Kush, and others. Before Ashley Royal became a judge, appointed by President Bush, he was an attorney for Jones, Cork, & Miller in Macon, Ga. While working for this law firm he represented Oconee Regional Medical Center in Civil Action Case No. 98CV34669C. This case involved the wrongful death of Roosevelt Richardson, the leader of the United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors. Mr. Roosevelt is the father in law of Malachi York and the Grandfather of three of Malachi York’s children. Mr. Richardson’s untimely death greatly affected the entire family. Attorney C. Ashley Royal and Oconee Regional Medical Center lost the civil case and the family was awarded a large sum of money for medical malpractice…<br>

Medical doctors and nurses employed by Oconee Regional Medical Center negligently left a surgical sponge inside Mr. Richardson during a surgery that caused an infection in his blood and he later died a painful death after much suffering. Judge C. Ashley Royal knew when he picked up the case against Malachi York from day one when he saw “Malachi York leader of Nuwaubians on trial”, that he had a conflict because of loosing his biggest law suit against the former leader of the United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors, Mr. Roosevelt Richardson. This is a conspiracy in Middle Georgia to take the life of the United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors’ leaders. This is why Judge C. Ashley Royal sentenced Malachi York to life in prison. Judge C. Ashley Royal because of his ongoing hate for Nuwaubians means he should not be ruling on forfeiture of the land at 404 Shady Dale Rd., that was deeded to Mr. Richardson’s wife after his untimely death. It had nothing to do with the criminal case against Malachi York. Judge C. Ashley Royal is now getting revenge on the multi million-dollar case that he lost for Oconee Regional Medical Center. He should have never been apart of the trial, the sentencing, restitution hearing or forfeiture with hatred and animosity against the Nuwaupians.

Ethel Richardson, daughter of Roosevelt Richardson, is one of the persons named on the deed to Tamare. Here it is saying she is one of his wives, yet Yorks claim is that he has no "interest" in that land.

There is no conflict of interest. If I were arrested and charged with a crime, stood before Judge Janet Doe and was found not guilty. Then a year later I was charged with a crime and stood before the same Judge, yet this time found guilty--there is no conflict of interest going on! Civil trials are jury trials--the Judge was not on trial, the hospital was. The Judge presided over the case, and it was found in favor of Mr. Richardson's family! If it were that deep, then don't you think that Mr. Richardson's family would have lost?

Now, where is Ethel Richardson at Master9? I know, but do you? She is NOT on Tamare, and has not been in quite some time! She isn't even in the state of Georgia!
