Mr. Charles Tatum is out of prison and they have dropped the State and Federal charges. The Federal charges were in Macon Georgia, and the State charges were in Athens Georgia. Sheriff Howard Richard Sills, in the midst of all of this, pop's up and made statements that Charles Tatum was making threatening phone calls and had him taken to Putnam County facilities, but Charles Tatum got out on a $50,000 dollar bond.
After Charles Tatum got out, he went to the land on Tamare, and made a video tape about how Chief Black Thunderbird Eagle was being treated, and he spoke on what he heard that was said while he was in jail with Chief Black Thunderbird Eagle.
The next video tape was of the children on the land, talking about how Sheriff Sills and his officers raided the land, May 8, 2002. The confessions were shown on the land and put to the music of Marvin Gaye. Those who were not there missed out this weekend. All of this new information has been circulating throughout the media, radio, internet, and television.
The last tape that was made, after the video taping of the Dr.'s, was of a little girl, on the land. The little girl was afraid for her life, and to ease her, she was asked, if Baba was to see her on a tape, what would she tell him that happened to her? And of course, the little girl was not coersed, into saying that Nicole Harden, who is the mother of Christle Harden, used to hit them with sticks, put a gun in their faces, and there were other girls that were also mistreated, and threatened to be killed, if they were to tell Baba or anyone else. This information came out, May 10, 2004, and was followed up on, in Putnam County. The GBI got involved in this case, and the mothers of these children, are going to press charges against Nicole Harden.
Alot of this information is getting out on the radio and internet. Now for those people who do not come up to Tamare, and support the land, they can not come to Saviors Day. They had a meeting Friday night, May 8, 2004, and for people who don't show, you don't know what is going on. Whatever chip you may have on your shoulders, with the people who are on the land, take them off and show your support, dispite your bad feelings because people will be back in order, when I get out.
And for those people who don't make me your personal priority, I will disown them.
They will also be having a meeting with the Mayor of Macon, and they are not informing a lot of the Nuwaubian when this meeting will take place, because I dont want anything to go wrong, and for anyone to mess it up.
So if you have also been disowning to be Nuwaubian, you better get back with the program. And move out of Macon as a unit, because Macon is about to go bankrupt, and for all of you who are still there in Macon, you will see it fall and collapse.
Be sure to let everyone know, that this is what is taking place.

its FUNNY how anything that any of the witnesses/victims say is hearsay- yet the nuwaubians want to spread all these LIES about the same people- which they only basing it on HEARSAY PLUS they are obvious lies! since when did they kids get threatned by nicole harden? and with guns no less? lol- were did she get the guns from? PLUS anyone in the courthouse- that WAS opned to the public to view LIVE in another courtroom can bear WITNESS to what was REALLY said and how the unnm articles change it to suit their needs and to LIE and MANIPULATE their followers!

I have a fealing he said it. I was just playing Angels Advocate. York usually puts guilt on the Nuwaubians when Things dont go his way. he's locked up where he needs to be and now the families that were hurt can begin to heal.. like akan said "let the dead bury the dead" You are wrong for making a judgement call on York, you was not there, but some how makes a statement that he belongs there... I hope a similar event happens in your life where you are framed by other people who lied on you and you will see how it feels, I guess York could say, thats where she needs to be,  Off |

I can understand where youre comin from M9. It took me a while to see this but I am now resolved regarding the nuwaubian/MZYork dilemma. Once upon a time I use to down MZYork for the alleged molestation, et al. After a while maturity settles in and I began to ask myself, how could I, a person not even part of that circle [nuwaupu] and knowing the history of the justice system how many have been railroaded and are sitting in jail yet innocent, could take a position and pass judgment on a man whom i've never met - based on hear say and rumours. I've learned from that lesson and since re-assessed how I conduct myself. I no longer comment on things I AM NOT PRIVY TO. You are wrong for making a judgement call on York, you was not there, but some how makes a statement that he belongs there... I've learned from that lesson and since re-assessed how I conduct myself. I no longer comment on things I AM NOT PRIVY TO. There is much on this forum not dealing with york, that we are not "privy" to , yet we comment on it back and forth. So there is nothing wrong with that. The error comes in if we judge. You can truly say you have no right to judge. How convenient that now they are using the statement of someone (Mr. Tatum )who we all (including the head honcho) thought to be a "crazy" person, as their new spokeperson and video contributor. Any organization that has to use lies in order to try to make their leader seem honest and upright, speaks volumes for itself. They can only hope because it is a known fact that people do get railroaded, that they cling to this concept to say that that is the case here. The facts are ALSO, that child molestors do get convicted of their crimes. |

I know personnaly of a case in my own family where someone(another family memeber) I know was involved in child molestation of family member's children, was arrested and finaly released for no real reason at all, three children testified it happen but he was released. It makes me angery every time I see this nigger, I hate when adults take advantage of children.... This is a picture of this low down nigger(my ex-cuzzaan) nicked named "Frog" by my great grandfather who helped to raise this human reptile   By the way he has 6 fingers on each hand and 6 toes and each of his feet |

Balkis, I had passed judgment on the man [MZYork] once upon a time. My judgment was based on hear-say, rumors, slander, etc... . As it stands today, I was wrong for that. Thats all I am saying.
