My dad, who btw is a black man, developed prostate cancer ,so I already know one of the ways--the digital exam but they also do the psa screening which is a blood test. I was just curious as to why m9 stated all black men should have an hiv test yearly. If you are monogamous, or not in a high risk catagory, then yearly tests are not needed. I've had one initially years ago, Derrick's had one years ago--I've been tested with each pregnancy. I don't see the need for Derrick to get tested yearly for HIV. I was just wondering if M9 was suggesting something about black men...or perhaps even about black women
