This question will come out in the courts. She is now attempting to "exhonerate" York, but she will be asked "ok, so if nothing at all happend, why did you leave?"
She left because she and York got into an argument and he beat her. He blacked her eye and busted her lip.
She has that "battered woman syndrome". They get fed up with the abuser and go for help. They get assistance (she told the Feds he beat her, other people will acknowledge the incident happend). Once the wheels are in motion their confidence builds and they will tell ALL THE DIRTY LITTLE SECRETS she helped to conceal. She has interviewed with the media and has been recorded in testimony under oath that all of these things took place. So, why now does she come out and say "it didn't happen, it was a set-up"?
A pay-off? Threats?
Perhaps the audio of York telling her "I know you were cohersed. I still love you."
Long time victims LOVE hearing that shit!
Domestic violence. Man beats woman. Woman calls cops. Cops arrest man. Woman physically heals, feels bad for man. Recants her story, even though it was all true. It happens, it has happend again.

the prosecution gots lots of explaining to do. star witness confesses she was coerced into fabricating her story against MZYork. Jacob York [son of mzyork] is no where to be found which means the feds are hidding him from possibly being questioned by an independent commission set up by an appelate jurisdiction.
EVERYTHING IN THIS STINKS! on part of prosecution.
Then you have 8 macon officers who definitely are in the loop and in the know, resign after the video confession of MZYork's "number one wife" habiba surfaces. All this point towards a FRAME UP AGAINST AN INNOCENT MAN.

You cant deny the fact that girls under the age of 18 were getting pregnate. The same girls who would be hanging around Malachi York. 135 years is way too much for this crime. esp when people are recanting their statements? They might as well just gave him life. Those cops who left the force? Now that was a mind blower. If York didnt talk so much shit about other black leaders, then they would be at his side. He fucked up. SatiyaH wasn't the only white women in our nation: That's Susan in that pic. I never really "liked" her...but that's another day and time  GTO--hints towards me? Nah...pretty much most times York ever saw me I was pregnant! Poppin' em out. He teased me about it. I was trying to lose weight, and I saw him one day and said to him "Damn, here I go again! Everytime I start to lose weight I get pregnant." He laughed and said "No, losing weight is not what gets you pregnant, ask your husband how it keeps happening" and then winked at Derrick. I was embarrassed because it did come out like I was some hillbilly not knowing "how dem babies got in there". As far as the hints go, what I've been told is York had a lot of color issues. Perhaps the time period he was raised, who knows--you'll have to ask him the deal on that. What sisters told me is that he was color struck. Though he himself never truly condoned inter-racial relationships, he would allude to "I got to get me a white girl". He's even said that exact phrase around them, and the lighter skinned mates he had he would call them "white girls". |

be that as it may and though I wouldnt condone courting a teen-age adolescent but that is a far cry from what he was chrged wit - molesting little boys and girls. Also courts do recognize emancipated teen-agers so if in fact he was framed and he never really molested children pre-pubescent age then he needs a new trial. How is it that "EVERYTHING IN THIS STINKS! on part of prosecution"  Habiba WAS NOT the "star" witness, the children, now 16, 18, 19, 20-21 now, WERE/ARE!  . THOSE TESTIMONIES WERE MORE THAN ENOUGH TO JAIL york FOR A VERY LONG, LONG TIME!  The judge was just saying to york "you get life in prison", because that is exactly what 135yrs. mean. This last minute attempt by york, was his last hope on getting away with his crime against the children. You all just keeping focusing on the so called "key playas" in this tragedy. However the concern should be for those CHILDREN, who at the time were 7 or 8, and even as young as 4 YEARS OLD!!!! No, they were not his "main wife # 1, 2, or 3. Nor were they his husband!!! So if you and others want to believe a OBVIOUS LIER, DWIGHT AND HABIBA, THEN GO RIGHT AHEAD. We as so called "grown ups" will beat down a child quickly, calling them liers, or beating them if they say a cuss word, or do something wrong. But you will KNOWINGLY let an adult escape with murder, lies, and the likes, just because they appeal to you in some form or fashion. We could all say that Habiba was coerced or theratened into liying, and doing what she did, however, what is york's excuse for abusing children as young as 4 or 5??? Did you witness this or have you heard it from third parties like us? Or could it be that your children are involved? I am not saying the children are lying but my question is if you did not see it with your own eyes, you do not know.
I am not saying who is lying, because I don't know but when Habiba was agreeing with the prosecution she was not lying and now she is.
I have questions about both sides but they may never get answered.
How could one man have as much sex as everyone says he had? I am a man and i know after a while u get tired of pussy and fucking to a point you don't want to see a woman. Hell people in the porn industry don't fuck as much as they say York did. and if he fucked so much when did he have time to write the books, record the tapes, teach class etc.. just a thought
