Indeed YORK PLED GUILTY, and all he can hope for is for people to continue to donate their hard earned money to try to get him out on some technicality. They rant on about no phycial evidence, when there is more than enough evidence from the actual victims that testified what happened to them, and what they witness him do to the others. Those sick minded people, actually want to see a video with him doing it with a child before they believe of what he confessed to have done. They never had no video is part of the whole point... Do you think if they had a video, that they wouldn't have shown it??? The prosecutions' whole case was falling apart, and some of those so-called victims said that nothing ever happened to them, and this I know (as being one of the Directors of Comcast Public Access T.V.) have had them on several shows (inclusive of various so-called victims) who said that no one (I.E. SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, FBI, HUMAN RESOURCES, ETC.) has ever even spoken to them about an alleged child molestation case, nor have some of them been subpoenaed. Again! Even their KEY-STAR WITNESS (MS. WASHINGTON) has recanted her statement, confirming what we (True Nuwaupians), have been emphasizing from the beginning- DR. MALACHI Z. YORK IS INNOCENT!!!!!!!!! And He took the plea bargain, because they impelled him to make a decision under EXTREME DURESS! AND DEPRIVED HIM OF FOOD, SLEEP, AND MEDICATION, FOR A NOTORIOUS DISEASE, KNOWN AS ANGIO-ENDEMA? I wonder what all of you bad asses, would have done in a predicament like THE GOOD DR. YORK?  Then soon as he took it, they (The Beast) re-opposed that plea, and aimed at giving York a DEATH SENTENCE, but first, they wanted it be known, they Dr. York pleaded guitly. This was their Ploy from Jump St. Like if I were the goverment/beast, and I falsely accused one of you of a crime, and told you your chances of coming home is slim to none, and that you will not get a fair trial (even though you didn't do it), but if you take a plea bargain, then you will have the opportunity of seeing daylight again, would you not take it, even though you know, you're Innocent all along??? Well this is exactly what they did to Dr. York! They played a crooked game of chess with him, and when they had him stigmatised of being guilty, they(again), sought to modern-day style lynch Dr. York, by giving him a life-sentence... and like us (Nubian/Blacks) have always done and been successful with in the past, we felled for it again.....  |

My Man you really sound stupid--He plead guily because he knows in his sick mind that he touched liitle boys and girls for YEARS. You sound a little off to say that he plead guily because he was under duress. I thought he was a MASTER. If he was such a MASTER why the Cracker had him Submitting like a BITCH.

Exactly, not only the "master" , but his soul is 76 TRILLION YRS  Some of the people of the community and in Georgia, lived under the very same conditions that is being mentioned here: "EXTREME DURESS! AND DEPRIVED OF FOOD, SLEEP, AND MEDICATION, FOR A NOTORIOUS DISEASE(s)..." Yes, "we felled for it again....." what you all are being fed by dr. york. You all are the ONLY ones saying "he is innocent" BECAUSE, he testified, that he INDEED IS GUILTY OF THOSE CRIMES, "yes your honor, I DID DO THOSE THINGS I'M ACCUSED OF"!!!! The victims/witnesses DID TESTIFY WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM, AND WHAT THEY WITNESS HIM DO TO OTHERS!!!! Besides, it was ONLY the children of those who their parents were still involved, or the land was in their parents name, that denied that nothing happened to them! But yes, no video, no actual footage to apease your hungry eyes. We do have more than one sense don't we??? |

doesnt he STILL have the GUILTY plee with the state? he said from JANUARY he would withdraw that  doesnt that make u all WONDER?!?!?! i mean he has MORE charges with the state than with the federal. he had over 200 charges and he PLEADE guilty to over 70 something of the charges. PLUS he was stressed and UNDER duress- yet he was able to PICK and CHOOSe COHERENTLY which charges he PLEAD guilty to? why not go for all- or IF your innocent - NONE!?! was he stressed out 2 different days that he plead guilty? becasue it was entered in TWO different days. and when did this godly- athletic- rizquian become so sickly? he ALWAYS bragged about his health? or was it that his FOUNTAIN of YOUTH either LEFT or was TAKEN away from him that he REAL age start to show- and his health diminish? hmmmmmmmm....... all his 'home grown' - as he puts it left- so now he has noone to feed HIM their youth? |

People in a total emotional state of despair, are usually lacking when it comes to looking at the obvious, and they will prefer NOT to bring up things, that they can NOT justify in anyway, or find some kinda of scapegoat tacktict to use, so no, the State case is definately a hush-hush for now. If he was "not guilty" as he/they claimed, he would have withdrawn his plea with the state, or better yet, HE WOULD NOT HAVE ENTERED ONE IN THE VERY FISRT PLACE!!!!
Oh, btw, if you did not know, he is no longer sick. No, he did NOT heal himself, like a master could, but said that he had 3 "visitors", that came by and healed him. Good for him, healing is good for anyone who is afflicted with some disease.
However, would it not really serve the purpose for cementing in the minds of the so called "devils" and in the minds of his followers, if he would JUST like Jesus, come out of the belly of the beast???
The "devil", KNOWS that he is not going anywhere, so it would NOT be "feeding into what the devil wants"! If he "truly" is who he says he is, then it would truly be a 'great and dreadful day of the Lord', if he could walk out of there, and take charge and do 'his father's bidding', and truly help "his people" to overcome and defeat this so called devil, that should no longer have ANY power At ALL against our people.

AWESOME!!!![glow=red,2,300]TEXT[/glow] me with my OWN 2 eyes have not - but sopposidly the old timmer - like from the 70's 'saw' him- funny how none that saw all these 'miracles' r around to vouch for it OR him- during these 'trying' times- he used to tell us the stories- but u know we wanted to SEE it- he always had some exscuse why he wouldnt- couldnt, but if i was him i would VANISH out the cell- and tripple my congragation- and affirm that i am 'who i am' PLUS why would being come to HEAL him in the jail but NOT REMOVE him from the jail? did THEY know were he belong? and IF he says he WANTS to stay in jail - then why all the fuss and still collecting money? |

True dat El T. But see the reason he aint gonna vanish from the cell is because he has the "jesus" excuse to fall on. Where Jesus purposely didn't come down from the cross even though he could have sent legions of angels to fight on his behalf with one prayer. Jesus had the power to come down from the cross but didn't use it so neither will york  But see the thing is, Jesus didn't spend millions on a team of lawyers and ask for donations from his disciples to get a better defense team.
