Habiba Washington was BLOCKED from testifying on Malachi York's behalf - Why is there a campaign to suppress the video taped confession by the prosecution’s key witness against Malachi York. Habiba Washington who testified against Malachi York at trial in Brunswick has now come forward to tell the truth. She was the prosecution’s key witness responsible for the money structuring counts which allowed the Government to move forward with their case even after the Statute of Limitations had expired. She confirms what we have been telling the world for the past 2 years, “Malachi York is innocent of all charges” she said friday. She speaks of the entire plot and conspiracy by the F.B.I. and Jacob York to bring Malachi York down. She was fearful of her life and of prosecution but now has the courage and will to come forward and tell the truth. As long as she was lying on behalf of the prosecution, she was the star key witness. News media quoted the lies and plastered it all over the TV Networks. Now that she is telling the truth, its being suppressed. WHY? Malachi York in court, asked Judge C. Ashley Royal and the prosecution the same question…“Why are you hiding the truth? What are you afraid of? Now that someone is coming forth on my behalf you want to hide it. This is my life!! Why are you afraid of the truth?!?!?”<br>
In court Friday during the restitution hearing, U.S. attorney Max Wood and Judge C. Ashley Royal denied the very same alleged victims from testifying to the fact that they were NEVER molested and they don’t need any money or therapy. 8 of the 13 alleged victims were willing and ready to testify Friday on behalf of Malachi York. They were shocked when they were denied being able to testify. Judge C. Ashley Royal stated in court…”It makes perfect sense to me… if we have an expert witness who testified that most victims of molestation deny the fact that they were molested and you have someone else who says they were molested, then it makes perfect sense to me that they were molested” Do you know what that means?!? It means if you are accused of being molested then guess what? YOU WERE MOLESTED. In other words, Judge Royal is setting precedence for anyone to go to jail based on PURE HEARSAY. Malachi York also stated in court…”There was no evidence, no DNA, no pictures, and no tapes of me molesting anyone. I am innocent and you know you are looking at an innocent man”. Malachi York has been convicted and is being forced to pay restitution for people who say they were NEVER molested by anyone. That’s not just it…. Habiba Washington was present in court also. She was ready and willing to testify on Malachi York’s behalf. She was BLOCKED. That’s right, blocked. The once coveted prosecution witness is now the very voice they are trying to silence.
