I'm not mad at the Nuwaubians for trying to build momentum by stating York's appeal is as sure as yesterday! The key to this dilemma is that emotion is ruling...As this scenario drags on the stamina test will come in effect...He/She who can endure to the end! The Nuwaubian ranks and support has been slipping since York's arrest...Now the FEDS have the juice to decide when they grant an appeal if they grant one at all! Nuwaubians need to "peep" the movie when Denzel Washington played boxer Rubin Carter and how long that process took! York would need huge support from a major Non_profit who has public juice to sympathize with the charges of pedophilia! The Nuwaubians have lost in the Court of Public opinion and in this country that is huge! Appellate Courts will weigh York's past criminal background and it hurts in a major way to 1. Have Plead Guilty (captured on videotape)2. Have your "spouse" plead guilty 3. To have an expensive State trial on the docket for similar charges 4.To have a previous charge 40 years ago of statutory rape. This will take place in GEORGIA where everybody is linked and York's skin color remains Black! A Rough and time consuming road ahead as well as an EXPENSIVE one! Appeals are anything but overnight... You don't get released on appeal. At best, you can get re-tried. Another Jury who will swear they heard nothing of the previous trial, or at best not enough to pass a pre-judgement on him. They "may" enter the video but quite doubtful--what they will do is force her to testify again and say the things she said on the video, but with this time a prosecutor putting her on the spot  .. a cross exam since she is now a wittness for defense. They will ask her about each and every statement she made under oath during the previous trial. Yes, she is immune from the charges she could have face before: molestation and the RICO, but she is NOT immune from Purjury charges. |

well the GREAT thing about the apeal will be that there will be sooo many more victims and witnesses that will come foward- simce many was scared and or intimidated - and many wanted to join in but it was too last minute. and many more said that if he seemed to be winning they will join in and offer their testimonies.... so appeal- bring it on!  so many people have been hurt by this man one way or another, used abused weather it was sexually, mentally, physically, emotionally, or spiritually. not to mention - there is still that case with that greens bother found DEAD in brooklyn that was linked to doc- that still hasnt 'gone away' back in the early days he REALLY took care of people agaisnt him- and everyone knows that. so there are so many more avenues to his wickedness that he can be held accountable for.  |

In the court of public opinion the Nuwaubian's reputation and respect has been devastated..Worse yet they continue to publicly pronounce there "ammunition" that will free York giving there opponents the advance opportunity to counter there claims...When you have the goods to "flip" the verdict a wise rule would be to keep that info STEALTH! However, i wonder: are you implying that papadoc york is the bigboy antichrist?
papadocyork is an antichrist, he is one of the false teachers that blaspheme and teach unsound doctrine, those brother Paul of Tarsus warned Brother Rev. Timothy. york is definitely a demon, and proof of his demoniac status is found in the fact that so many fools have been led astray and follow him even though the pervert york admitted his guilt in court. Didn't that blaspheming scheming demon from the pit plead guilty? i admit, he is a dangdarn good demon. Get it? Hee hee. Yes, i agree with all of you. it is a pitiful sad day when all of york's teachings can be refuted so easily, and all of his re-teachings exposed. that is, those he obviously stole from real sages and masters. i dont have time now, i wish i did. But after temple meeting yesterday, i wrote a short page on "how to become a certified fool" and "how to become a cult leader". It was actually funny, but i was using it to show some people that it is relatively easy to lead fools astray, like papadocyork has. just look at his tontons.
can anyone explain why papadocyork pled guilty? why do the newwawpix think he is innocent? has habiba been threatened by newwawpix?
