well courtney, they are claiming to have this on video and will release it during the course of the day. I guess we wait a see.  It is also hard to say if they are actually recanting their story or if it is just nuwaubian propaganda.. personally i would want to see it on video or something to believe it. When people (nuwaubians) get desperate they may say all sorts of things to try to "stir things up".. meaning the York supporters may say these people are recanting when indeed they are not.. I agree that if there's anyone here directly involved that could clear this recanting allegation up for us it would be appreciated  |

8 of 13 is playing the majority all revealed the day before sentencing! Unfortunately it is not York's lawyers making the claim it is a Nuwaubian website (duh)...Where is the legal team that s/b presenting this evidence and holding a press conference!!! chephren, it wasnt my claim. I said "if this is true" . I am only relaying what I read on a nuwaubian site. I dunno if it is true. I will try to confirm and post back. |

eltruth, i can only tell you what I read on the website. They are saying the video with MZYork's main wife confession will be aired today. Now if this happens it is a major revelation 'cause i am sure in her plea wit the prosecution she'd get her 2 yrs. as long as she didnt break any points stipulated in the deal she made wit them. Her admitting she was paid off my them is MAJOR cause she'd be jeapodizing her plea deal. No one is that stupid, especially her being that she would no longer have her 2 yrs. and would be facing 120!. Lets see whats the outcome of this at the end of today. honey DONT BELIVE the hype- first off that is TRICKERY! they are including the kids pulled by defacs as victims, and SOME of them still are not comming foward with the truth- some of them did take the stand AGAINST WITH THE TRUTH- another ISSAH johnson first told the truth -then lied in court- but did admit to a letter that he wrote telling the truth- PLUS unnm is adding on people they had tried to INFULTRAIT but it didnt work-its all word games brother- the same way unnm waited 1 month AFTER the trial to put the trial updates and say he was aquitted on 8 charges knowing it was the #8 charge and ONLY 1 they didnt find him guilty on. THERE are NO such tapes of habiba or anyone else comming forth- u dont THINK if anything they would have had it on the website like every other clip they tried to get out?

Before MZY went to trial unnm.com was presenting evidence, releasing names and pictures of victims, and stating Jacob York was the true criminal! That held up in the court room like snow in Barbados! Knowing BOTH sides of the story I can say that most of what you read on the UNNM site are lies. They will take something you said or did, and twist it to try to fit the picture they are trying to paint.

Yes, children and adults as well, do lie. However, this is a very serious thing, and NO they are not lying!
I will not be going back and forth with some peoples' OPINION here on this forum. It is their right to come to their own conclusion of what they THINK happened or not. Again, they are ONLY OPINIONS, and do NOT affect the facts of what did happen to those children, my children.

Well said Balkis...Opinions are just that...The facts remain York pleaded GUILTY, recanted his GUILTY plea was given a trial and was found GUILTY!!! Those are the facts! the "video" game is just that a video game like "Pac-Man"!

trust me when i tell u THERE aint no tapes! and yeah even IF there was like the cherephen said if they had 'ALL THIS' evidence on the website and it did NOTHING - PLUS info that 'serious' they would have posted the clips like they do everything else. and just common scense- why would habiba VOLENTEER to go from NO time to 120 years? he is using her because he hopes she is controlling everyone else- which JUST isnt true- he is playing on her emotions, and using his EVIL trickery again to fool the masses eltruth, i can only tell you what I read on the website. No one is fooled here El-Truth...when I here York's lawyer talk about a videotape it will have relevance. Until then it's pure innuendo!
