NOTIFY ALL MEDIA & TELL THEM THAT THERE ARE VIDEO TAPES OF EVERY ALLEDGE VICTIM INCLUDING ABIGAIL WASHINGTON THE MAIN VICTIM COMING FORWARD ON TAPE STATING THAT THEY WERE THREATENED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO FALSELY TESTIFY & SAY THAT DR. MALACHI Z. YORK MOLESTED THEM. THEY HAVE ALL ADMITTED THAT HE DID NOT DO IT & THAT THEY WERE THREATENED TO SAY THAT HE DID. & IT IS ON TAPE ON TAMA-RA RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!! JUDGE ASHLEY C. ROYAL IS IGNORING THE VIDEO TAPED EVIDENCE WHICH PROVES DR. MALACHI Z. YORK INNOCENCE INNOCENCE & IS TRY TO SENTENCE AND LYNCH AN INNOCENT MAN TO 50 YEARS IN FEDERAL PRISON.
HE IS ASKING EVERYONE IN THE FAMILY TO ALERT ALL OF THE MEDIA, .POLITICAL OFFICIALS, NEWS PAPERS, RADIO STATIONS & ANYBODY OF INFLUENCE.
CALL IN TO THE RADIO STATIONS ETC & LET THEM NOW THAT THERE IS LAST MINUTE EVIDENCE IN THE FORM OF VIDEO TAPED CONFESSIONS THAT PROVE IS INNOCENCE UNDOUBTEDLY!!!!!!!!!
HE NEEDS & IS ASKING EVRYBODY TO GET ON THE MOVE TONIGHT & TOMORROW & GET THE MESSAGE OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anytime there is "new evidence" on the defense after a conviction it can delay sentencing, duh...that sounds like a "master plan" lol. Why don't he just "chill", let the sentencing occur--it's inevitable, quit dragging it out--then work on the appeals. On another note, after and acquittal, there can be no "new" evidence to attempt to convict a person--only time "new" evidence can be entered after a jury enters a verdict is when it benefits a defendant. That "alledged" evidence should have come forward a long time ago--it should have been delivered to the media and BEGGED them to air it! Someone should have rented a pickup truck--put a big screen in the back and played that tape in front of the courthouse! Too bad I'm not on that side of the fence--'cause that's what I would have done  |

Habiba Washington - comes forward!
Habiba aka Abigail comes forward to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth so helped her - Anunnaqi. Thats right, we have the 30 minute video tape statement where she clears up EVERYTHING. Everything we told the public is backed by Habiba herself. Jake's conspiracy along with Sills and the FBI. In the 30 minute statement, she talked about the South Beach trip. The plot. The false money structuring. The real reason why the story was made up. The vendetta Jake had against Malachi York and much more. ALL media should get this information. Its already all over Macon. The Judicial System here in Georgia is going to explode. They will look real crazy sentencing a man to 50 years after the KEY witness confesses to the plot and the conspiracy. She wants the truth to be told and we have the truth by way of her attorney. She has an attorney and will be protected. Its important that she is protected. Overstand? They will go after her becuase she told the truth. Just like they are doing Isa Johnson, they have him in a foster home becuase he told the truth they are strict on him. Lets keep it moving. Everyone fall in. No more questions in doubt. Trust me....like I said we are working, was working, and will be working......if you overstand what im saying.
The whole tribe SUPPORTS her.

Then to top it off, Kathy Johnson pleads the same? They had their chance to clear things up. Something is going on. If I was innocent, I would have had an attitude and pleaded NOT GUILTY!!!! |

Well now, they went from posting that "EVERY victim" came forward to say that they were threatened by the government, to now narrow it down to the so called "KEY witness" Habiba, as the ONE - who made this declaration WEll if she is in it, and had a change of heart -after all, that is the father of her 2 children, or was forced by some reason or another by him, well that's on her. But it makes you wonder, why then wait until the night before to now claim to have new evidence, a video tape at that, that they hope would clear him of his misdeeds? |

8 of the 13 victims are re-canting their statements. I must say that is a significant amount. Over half of the victims are now speaking out the allegations aren't true. If this is true, it cannot be written off. Too many are coming foward.

It is also hard to say if they are actually recanting their story or if it is just nuwaubian propaganda.. personally i would want to see it on video or something to believe it. When people (nuwaubians) get desperate they may say all sorts of things to try to "stir things up".. meaning the York supporters may say these people are recanting when indeed they are not.. I agree that if there's anyone here directly involved that could clear this recanting allegation up for us it would be appreciated  |
