Im i missing something here? Is it ON RECORD that habiba was pregnant by YOrk before she was 18? Is it on record that he has children by women that were under the age of 18? If this is true, why are nuwabians crying conspiracy, they should be instead saying that its all right in their culture to do that, at least they wouldnt look like fools.

It's bizarre listening to York justify his relationship with a 17yr old female (while he was in his 40's) by saying he lives by Biblical Law not societal law! His justification is proof evident why he is in the joint! |

If this is true, why are nuwabians crying conspiracy, they should be instead saying that its all right in their culture to do that, at least they wouldnt look like fools. well actually it is on 'record' that habiba was pregnant at 18- the trail was closed off but the courtroom above it was open to the public to view the trail in progress live! also it is on RECORD that doc had to take a paternity test to verify he was the father of habiba son that she had- which MEDICAL FACTS prove he is- and on the tape proves he is- he is trying to sweet talk her on the cd so much he doesnt see him sticking his foot in his mouth- PLUS he CANNOT use the facts its apart of his 'culture' when he is in america- AND he propergates to LIVE BY THE LAWS OF THE LAND! he needs to follow hos own advise about people who cant abide by those laws and GO BACK TO AFRICA- ro RIZQ for that matter if its acceptable there. it is a FACT that the doctors asked about the fathers age to khadija merrit in referning to her and docs HERMORPHADITE son- becasue the DOCTORS said the symptoms the boy had was that of a child who one parent is MUCH older than the other. it is a KNOWN FACT that he had a child by a couple of 15 year olds WAY back in the 60's and 70 also in brooklyn during the late 80's he had a child by a young woman UNDER that age of 17. and habiba was not the only person of her 'era' that was under aged and pregnant. |

It is also fact that longtime members (several of them)would say to me very frankly and this was years ago ,"Another 16 yr older just had his baby." All down Nuwaubians know of York's philanderings/sexual manipulations! Then to cry foul of his dilemma is sooooo hypocritical! York screwed his congregation and there offspring simple as that! Then York screwed his life,legacy, and congregation again by his "screwings" ...Pathetic situation...Now York is on the "Isle of Patmos'' all this symbolic talk to try to pretty up debauchery!

Someone took the stand who it was put on record was pregnant at 17...Habiba wasn't the first or the last  Whoever it was, the defense "objected" and made a statement about how paternity had already been established and not an issue, move forward. The prosecution did want it to be an issue! |

Ok, now, this is why i know that York isnt as smart as people put him out to be. He could have given himself a chance at Sovereignty by getting his tribe to ADMIT that they accept this practice as part of their culture, and instead of the jury questioning whether he did it or not, the questions and defense could have been around his Sovereign rights, like Mormons who have more than one wife. I try to help them out and point out different things that York should have done and they get mad, because it didnt cum, i mean, come out of his mouth. They dont wanna let the York mystic go, simple as that.
