he made a GREAT point in the 4th one- he said if your a con artist- it will come out-i guess he knows that statment all to well  as for the other lies... PLEASE!!!  his attorney was not put to do the case in 6 days alone-all by his lonesome- unprepared self- the judge ordered his previous attorney to stay on and help his new attorney- he is just mad because he thought he was being slick and buying time changing attorney at the last minute. |

Garland & Company was part of the conspiracy to ignore the Jurisdiction Issue as well as take money from the Family and Friends of our Chief, over 1.5 million dollars. Chief Black Thunderbird submitted the letter to Judge C. Ashley Royal. The letter along with transcript attachments and the record of the pre-trial hearing were seal by Judge Royal, who in turn stated to the Chief, in front of “replacement” counsel and government: ‘I knew that you were going to try something like this!’ and denied Defendants replacement counsel a continuance to prepare for trial. wow! just hearing that makes me wonder- how does he sleep at night KNOWING the truth - but trying to save face no mattter what?... its almost sad- but then i think - hell he has been sleeping at night comfortably for 30 years knowing he was lying and swindling all along without a guilt or care in the world-
but it is sad to see how far he is willing to take his lie- and how he knows there are hundreds of souls depending on his 'truth' and he isnt MAN enough to admit it...
