Pledges accepted and payable to: Malachi York "Legal Defense Fund" So you saying, send money orders written to Malachi York?  So, they got a bank in that jail he in?  You mean, they let him out and take him to the bank to cash the money orders  Oh, wait--that couldn't possibly be it! Ain't no way in hellll they gonna do that! Sooooo... let's see here---make pledges payable to Malachi York, but he's in jail---sooo, he must have a power of attorney cashing it. SO WHAT'S THE DAYUM POINT OF MAKING IT OUT TO HIM? .. if that's the most you got out of it then you really are a hopeless case.. maybe she is one of the defense lawyers- being that is all they had during the trail also - to try and trap people on something minor as DATES!  with all the information, with all the facts, with all the medical records, and dna test, etc etc- ALL THEY HAD TO SAY IS ' U DONT REMEMBER THE EXACT DAY' sad, sad , sad case  |
