State and Federal Officials Recognize Chief Black Thunderbird - U.S. Attorney Max Wood, District Attorney Dawn Baskin, Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills, and others recognize Dr. Malachi Z. York as the Chief of the Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation, namely Chief Black Thunderbird "Eagle". Chief Black Thunderbird filed a Civil Action Law Suit against State and Federal Officials dealing with the cruel and inhumane torture he is force to endure while incarcerated. In their responses to the complaint, state and federal officials acknowledge his Native American Status.
1) In their responses which are certifited federal court documents, they refer to Dr. Malachi Z. York as Chief Black Thunderbird "Eagle" recognizing that he is a Native American Chief.
2) They acknowledge his place of residence as Athens Georgia, and not 404 Shadydale Rd, Putnam County.

More Breaking News!!! - FBI agents Jalaine Ward and Joan Cronier along with the U.S. Attorney Maxwell Wood concealed evidence that would have helped the defense in the case against Chief Black Thunderbird. In March of 1999, FBI agent Jalaine Ward with Putnam county Sheriff Howard Sills, interviewed a witness that would only identify herself as "BUD" where she states that "...in the late 1980's early 1990's Jacob York sodomized young boys on Bushwick Avenue and one of these young boys is related to me." She also mentions how Jacob York was part of a crew of child molesters. During the trial, Judge C. Ashley Royal refused to let testimony in the case concerning Jacob York and his role in the plot to bring down Chief Black Thunderd aka Dr. Malachi Z. York. Why is there a concentrated effort on the part of the JUDGE, THE SHERIFF, and the US ATTORNEYS to protect Jacob York? What are they trying to hide? Why didn't they bring Jacob in to testify? What is he affraid of? The truth of the matter is what we were saying all along...The FATHER, Malachi Z. York is being accused of The SON, Jacob York's crimes. Time for the Truth to be told!!!

jacob was NOT on trial and if he SHOULD have been he WOULD have been! point blank! it was even mentioned in trail that jacob destroyed the first set of his fathers tapes to help PROTECT his father - that was in sulavin county!!!! that was metnioned in court and the DEFENSE didnt want to hear it- so who is with holding what?!?!?! people like samara forman and rahil and reah harris KNOWS for a FACT all those 'allegations' are TRUE- and they KNOWINGLY LIED UNDER OATH and BRAGED about it later- so who is with holding WHAT!!!doc always braged about how the 'old days' was such a painting place and people just slept with ANYONE and bragged how some kids actually have differnt babay daddy's than what their mother told them - but he wants to ACT so holy now? GIVE ME A BREAK! i dont think the FBI would risk the EMBARESMENT alone - of getting so heavily involved in a case if they didnt have enough PROOF. what about the DNA testing that proved he fathered a child from a 17 year old who said he has been having sexual relationships since 13 or 14?  that was MEDICAL DNA TEST. and who SHOULD have gotten on the stand is DOC on his own behalf- but he KNEW he may have REALY shown his true colors! but it doesnt matter now- becasue all the colors in his rainbow is showing now! |

From UNNM.COM ADMIN We don't have the time to get involved in the petty bickering back and forth of people's personal feelings and insecurities. We made time to reply to some of the posts initially because we felt that it would clear up any rumors or misinformation dealing with the case. However we found that the posts became off topic and had nothing to do with the case and what we need to do NOW. This bulletin board was put up for the purpose of getting feedback and comments on the case as a whole for all to share. When it was initially put up - it was left un-attended, because we were dealing directly with the trial and had no time to monitor the bulletin board. When we later took a look at this bulletin board, we found that people weren't talking about the case at all. We had "TheWatchers" debating about Freemasons, Phalaxis Society, and other off topic issues while our Chief is going through trial. We also saw people going back and forth on personal issues and slandering people by name. Along with that, we received exactly 374 emails of complaints about the content of the Bulletin Board in a matter of 1 week. Thus we decided to ERASE the entire message board and start it over, but this time with it being MODERATED. Before, even guest could start a topic and post etc. What everyone needs to realize is that our website is being watched by everyone, friends and foes. The Judge himself in the middle of trial said that he reads the website. FBI agents also made the same statements. We have International Attention and people from other countries with Important Political positions also coming to our website. We are an International Organization. Dignitaries of other countries and the International Commitee on Human Rights are also keeping up with our Website. Our website has been up since August 4th 2003 and we have over 2,800,000 hits. With over 100,000 unique visitors. We can tell what pages are being read the most, etc. So for our own tribal members to come here and flood the board with that non-sense has to make one ask the question: Are you with us or not? : So at this point in time, we will not tolerate any non-sense at all. All of this falls back on our Chief. Analogy - If a parent raises their child and the child does something very foolish, outspoken, cruel, etc. That falls on the parent because others will look at the way the child was raised or taught. If a child curses at adults, the first thing you would think is, the parent must curse around the child, or the child is not taught any better, etc. You get the point. So for anyone claiming to be a member of our Tribe/Organizations and claims Dr. Malachi Z. York as their Chief - should KNOW that we are a reflection of HIM. Latest news, "former nuwaubian leader" released, and as a condition of the release, he will stay with a loyal nuwaubian couple who the husband may have had a 5yrs jail term, the wife still looking good, with a range of children from a teenage boy, a 13 yrs old girl, a 8 yr. old girl, a soon to be 7 yrs. old boy, a 4 yr. old boy, and a 8 month old boy baby. This will be the IDEAL setting for mr. york to show all these "devils" and "sell outs", that he was set up! "Now we can be 'free' again"!!! My point is, they want him out so badly, even AFTER he said he was guilty as charged, they KNOW he is a pedophile(even if they don't want to admit it), and they still want him out, so he should come out and stay with an ideal family, and we'll see how soon he'll be back with his same old dirty tricks  |
