Things that make you go ommmmm... Chief Black Thunderbird also known as Dr. Malachi Z. York was aquitted on count 8 of the superceding indictment. This count involved the Disney World trip where he was accused of transporting minors across state lines for the purpose of sex. What is so interesting about this count is that it involves the same so-called alledged victims in other counts where a guilty verdict was rendered. Now, how is it that the Jury believed the alledged victim in other counts, but not in this particular count?!? The only source of information that the jury could rely on is their testimony on the stand during trial. Does this mean the jury simply chose which story to believe and which one not to believe? Or is this whole case a hoax and a set up? Its all a set up because with the other counts that a guilty verdict was rendered, the governemnet seeks to forefeit land, property, and assests where these alledged acts occured. If a guilty verdict came back on count 8 involving the Disney World trip, then the government would be in litigation with Walt Disney and its multi Billion Dollar business in trying to forfeit their property under the RICO and MANN acts.

That is NOT true. Had the Prosecution felt it was a risk to indict him on the eigth count, having to include Walt Disney's property in forfeiture under the RICO statute they would not have included that chrge against MZY. But they did. Charges brought against a defendant are left at the discretion of the prosecution. So much for gov' protecting big corporation giant Walt disney. Plus there is NO RELATION between MZY and Disney so even if they wanted to include Disney, they would not be able to. There has to be a papertrail connection proving a relation between the owners of property and the defendant. The trustees of TAMA RAE all have a relationship with MZY. Now, if you said the victims can come after Disney and sue them under civil law for lack of security then I will agree with you. Because the crime was committed on their property. There is no conspiracy here Master9. But keep searching, maybe you will come up wit one  . |

I doubt very much back in those days they would have permitted a woman who recently gave birth to a child ALONG, with that infant, to travel by plane  So her return "home" was no other than her going back home from the REGULAR hospital stay, for having a baby, which now a days that duration is much less, unless you have a c-section, and the hospital THEN issues you a birth certificate! What a 'clever' story !  ...Firstly, Dr. Malachi Z. York was born June 26th 1945 in Omdurman, Sudan ...Upon arriving back in the United States in Boston Massachusetts, he was registered on July 3rd 1945 A.D. as male "York" and an American birth certificate was drawn up..." |

dwight york, a ( ALSO). k ( KNOWN). a ( AS) mzy, was aquited on only 1 (ONE) COUNT, NOT to be mistaken with 8 counts, of the 13 indictments agains him, ONLY because the 2 girls involved in a direct sexual act, while there in Disney, got up on the stand and under oath, 'said' nothing happened, so of course the jury accepted what they 'swear' to be true! York shortly after, authored a rebuttal book that was 3 times the size of Bilaal's original, called Ansar Cult In America - Rebuttal To The Slanderers also in 1989. In the rebuttal book, Dr. Malachi Z. York unquestionably refuted all claims and slander made by Bilaal Phillips. The prosecution wants to hide this fact, but we are telling the other side of the story. Firstly, Dr. Malachi Z. He was born ALIVE according to the birth certificate. There are also many other questionable information on there. |

Let's not forget she was a negro woman in 1945, carrying an infant from Africa. C'mon! She would not have made it past customs with a new born that may not have been hers, less than two weeks old! Also, it is stated that York took the last name of his mothers previous marriage. Well, read the birth certificate--she put his name down as the father, same last name as hers--they were STILL married! She was 21 and he was 20, living at the same address. She was a housewife according to the certificate, and it lists no job for David P. York. It lists his birth as 9:10 pm, not midnight! It does not say "Male York" it says York, which someone could have easily whited out the first name! Don't play with our intellect on here, lol. I posted the link where anyone/everyone can order their very own copy of his birth certificate so we can shut this up once and for all! |

I'll research the history on flight travel. I know nowadays they do not let pregnant women over 7 months travel abroad, nor do they let new borns less than 4 months travel abroad. I learned this because we have friends in the UK, one of which was pregnant when we wanted her to visit. She had to get back home to England before her pregnancy got too far along.
