Here is a strategy the defense can use:

York has claimed in his publications that he is inhabited by at least 13 different beings since age 25 or some ish like that. Well what he could do is plead that One of those personalities raped and molested them kids and that the personality should be prosecuted.

they can have a therapist hypnotize him and arrest that personality and keep it in prison. Then he wil have to see his parole officer every month and under go hypnosis in order to make sure the being is still arrested. Or send it back to rizq.

I am surprised the defense has not thought of this yet. this is a BRILLIANT idea!

LOL, did you ever see the movie "Identity"...I thought of York when I saw that shit!
Actually, York says as a child he had a 'friend' named Henry, but nobody else could see this friend, and this friend guided him and kept harm from him. (schizophrenia can start at an early age)
He also said while coming home from his job on Wall Street (he didn't say what he did there) anyhow, that is when he met up with al-Khidr. So, maybe this is like the story of Musa in the Quraan--maybe al-Khidr is having York molest kids, but ultimately with good intentions---like, the moral of the story is: "Don't join cults and let someone molest your kids".

All jokes aside--if you watch "A Beautiful Mind"--that shit will make you think of York. Even though I knew going into see that movie, that it was biographical about a schizophrenic genius--in the beginning I was thinking all that shit happening was real! It was all about goverment conspiracies.
See, if York is schizophrenic, it will answer alot. He claimed to meet "henry" at around the same time his aunts began to molest him. His mind split to escape the harsh reality.
Perhaps thru the years, he thought if he began to molest the children in the community, they would become like him--able to 'communicate with the elders' and so forth. See, a schizophrenic doesn't realize what they are doing is wrong. Nuwaubians are wrong for giving into his delusions. They don't question how in one book he writes he is native to Sudan, but now he says he is Native American on both sides of his family. They not only allow him to get away with molding situations to make it fit, they help him.

Thank you, I didn't want to be the one to say it, I was depending on a Nuwaubian to come forth with it--so now, he admits to this--how did he come to this knowledge? He diagnosed himself based upon symptoms. His paranoia, he delusions of grandeur etc.
When the courts ordered his medical evaluation. They deemed him as mentally competent. That was the "pale-face" diagnosis. If York had been previously diagnosed, or termed schizophrenic by the pale face, this would be on medical records, and it would have come out in exam. They didn't examine him in one day, this was several weeks of examinations.
