With this verse in mind, the fruit that was eaten by the women and adam was the FIG (and not an apple). I say this because they used fig leaves to make themselves aprons. And hence, the tree in the midst of the garden was more than likely a FIG TREE.

I partially agree wit this. The lack of discerment was due to them not having the appropriate wisdom to deal with the situation. Did they eventually KNOW (gnostics) good and evil ? Remember they NEVER attained the tree of Life. They were prevented by the Gods.

But they did not know that they were wise until they met a more experienced principal (called Nakhash, knower of copper, the key element in melano-synthesis).

It is true, Adam and Eve were "arum" [subtil] just as the serpent. However, the script is clear on this... they did not KNOW (to be conscious and aware of one's state) they were "arum" until after they were exposed to the affx of the fruits when they were enticed by the Nakash. Here is the verse that illustrates lack of consciousness on the part of Adam and Eve in their nakedness -> Gen 2:25, And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed. Now here is the vrs., which shows Adam and Eve becoming aware and conscious of their "arum" [naked] after eating the forbidden fruit -> Gen 3:7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they [were] naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.. .

This is the same process one undergoes when they dream. Most people that dream aren't "aware" they are dreaming in the dream until after the dream is over when they are in the wake state. One who gains consciousness in the dream and knows he is dreaming during the course of the dream is "aware".

See NAR, the script. is plain. It states that had Adam and Eve ate from both trees, they would have lived for ever while knowing good/evil.

But in your argument, youre claiming that they were already eating from the tree of life. If this were the case then they would have beat the elohim to the punch and avoided the above vrs. I quoted.
