And the N'kash said to the woman you shall not surely die for God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes shall be opened and you shall be like gods knowing good and evil.
Then IH'V'H El'hiym said behold the man has become like one of us to know good and evil and now lest he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of lie and eat and live forever....
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die...
Then the eyes of them both were opened and they KNEW that they were naked and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves aprons.
and IH'V'H El'hiym made for Adam and his wife coats of skin and clothed them.

Hmmmm.... I am peeping out the story now. Lets see here. AHAH! Peep this... Gen 2.9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.In the above vrs. there are TWO trees in the midst of the garden. Lets cont... Gen 3. 2-4, 2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: 3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. 4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:In the above vrs. It seems the woman [eve] didn't KNOW which tree in the midst of the garden would cause the death. Had she known, she would have ref., to it by its name; "tree of knowledge of Good/evil". SHE WAS UNABLE TO DISCERN WHICH ONE was the bad tree. This would also mean Eve had never touched neither tree in the midst of the garden. She was PLAYING IT SAFE. Another thing, she did not have ETERNAL LIFE " yet" (Tree of life). Lets cont... Gen 3.4-5 4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.. In the above vrs., the serpent plays and capitalizes on Eve's ignorance and inability of discerning which tree is which. What the serpent did in those TWO verses is pretty much describe the affx of both trees. In the first vrs. he says, " shall not surely die" which is attributed to the tree of life. In the second verse he says, " eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil" which is attributed to the tree of knowledge. The serpent NEVER LIED. What he is guilty of is using his skills as a master craftsmen in the art of language, and outwitted Eve. In essence he was speaking of BOTH TREES that were in the midst of the garden. Its not by err a serpent speaks with a fork tongue. He overlaps two thoughts in one phrase. Unfortunately many readers think the serpent is speaking of one tree. Eve on the other hand was tricked because since she didn't know which tree was which she mistook the serpent's line "Ye shall not surely die" to be that of the tree of knowledge. To prove eve (and Adam) never ate from the tree of life to begin with... Gen3.22, And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:Peace And the N'kash said to the woman you shall not surely die for God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes shall be opened and you shall be like gods knowing good and evil. Good for you Kah... If you look further at the next verse of genesis chapter 3 (Verse 6), the woman, called initially ishah, saw that the fruit of the TREE of Knowledge (Etz Da'ath (death)) was GOOD to the sight. This means that the woman, who was initially called Ishah, had discernment before she had eaten the fruit. She knew what was bad and what was good to the sight. The word "Die" in hebrew is Mooth, which is cognative to the ancient egiptian word for TRUTH (Ma'at). After Adam and the woman had eaten the fruit they knew that they were "naked," which comes from the Hebrew word Awram (To be prudent, to be cunning). Subsequently, the woman was called EVE, the mother of all living by adam. The word Eve was translated from the Hebrew word Khawah, which means LIFE. Hence the tree of knowledge was also the Tree of Life (Etz Khay). Both Khawah and khay come from the hebrew letter khet (egiptian khat (that which decays)), which means LIFE. Hmmmm.... I am peeping out the story now. Lets see here. AHAH! Peep this... By Adam calling Eve "The mother of all living" proves that she had partaken of the Etz Khay (tree of life). In fact, Khayah means "Eternal life (great existence)." And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live eternally (Khayah Alam)---gen 3 v 22 "Khayah Alam" in arabic is Haya Alim (living knowledge). Both of which are attributes of Allah swt. Al Hayy (the living) and Al Alim (the all knowing). Good for you Kah... If you look further at the next verse of genesis chapter 3 (Verse 6), the woman, called initially ishah, saw that the fruit of the TREE of Knowledge (Etz Da'ath (death)) was GOOD to the sight. NAR, the discernment (partial at that) came after she ate of the fruit. Only after she tasted and consumed the fruit did she feel the after affects. And the first effect she recognized was the "Towb" [good]. But what about the "evil" [ra] ? How comes she could not recognize it ? Unfortunately when she took a bite it was too late .

Peace NAR, 'em chaiy [mother of living] 'ets chaiy [tree of living] are not the same.
