The land of Canaan was as the Garden of Eden, where fruitation and vegatation grew on it's own without much need for tending. And according to the Torah for a land to be so richly blessed it had to be bless by IH'V'H thus. And in order to be bless by El Shadi, it had to be a chosen land. In order for those to dwell in the chosen land, they had to be a chosen people. In order to be a chosen people, you had to be devotees of IH'V'H.
From reading how the El Shadi punished the Jews at times, it's the exact same way the Canaanites were destroyed. Which leads me to believe that the Canaanites were at one time the people of IH'V'H precluding the Jews.
It is a documented fact that Avraham lived in Canaan after he was told to exodus Babylon. In fact MalkhyTzedek was his High Priest, who was a Canaanite. What I have been thinking that the Tongues of the Canaanites were holy is how this language and alphabet was adopted/incorporated in the hebrew tongue as well as a passage from IshaIhava 19:18 "In that day five cities in the land of Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and swear by IHaVaH Tz'ba'ot (IHaVaH of the Armies/Hosts) One will be called the ATz'dek (City of Righteousness) 19) and in that day there will be an altar to IHaVaH in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar to IHaVaH at it's border....
There is so much I have learned from just reading verse 18 alone. Why do they have to swear by IHaVaH in the tongue of the Canaanites? Whats wrong with their native tongue? Is there some magic in the tongue of the Canaanites that is moor powerful for evoking the attention of IHaVaH? Like the Catholics would have us believe that Latin is some mystical language for prayer?
This has me 1dering is the tongue of Canaan, also the Tongue of MalkhyTz'deq (also becoming the tongue of Abr'h'm) is tongue of Adam. Then again I digress because that would be an argument that would last for millenia
