According to the scripts, a man's semen makes him AND his ishah unclean until evening. at which they both must wash with water to be clean.
Now being unclean means one is not fit for socializing with others OR participating in temple service let alone offering their sacrifices or entering the temple which is symbolic of fellowship with the Mighty Al.
That being the case, and seeing how we no longer have a temple to enter. We can still keep the meaning of what that represents - fellowship with the most high and where we would go to be before his presence and to hear from him. And for that to take place one must be clean because nothing unclean can communicate with the Might All. Which could be why the prayers of the transgressors go unheard.
Anyway. nowadays, i dont think we take that into concsideration anymoor. Many people say that there is no God or else their prayers would be answered. But many of us dont know what condition we must be in or to prepare ourselves for communication with the Mighty All that we can be recognized.
So I guess if I get that nut, Imma hafta wait before I Pray. Which leads me to believe that there is an appropriate time to have sex. hmmm
Lemme see, if getting a nut will make me unclean until evening and I will have to bath inorder to be clean then...

Yea but that only dealt with the temple, the physical one and interacting with the congregation. And as you say there is no more temple so bathing alone won't help. Re-call we had PIOUS CLEAN priests who sent up the prayers on our behalfs and even them do no exist anymore. It now depends on you...
So if you bust a nut and wash after the evening, will your prayer be accepted ? I don't think so, atleast not at that period. Rememeber when Elohiym told the man to prepare themselves for a three day period before connecting with him ? Well that is the time period for the spiritual cleansing from the releasing semen.
I have always said this and I will continue to advocate it, SPILLING SEED SHOULD ONLY BE DONE TO CREATE. ONCE YOU'VE GOTTEN YOUR RIB PREGNANT, DESIST IN SEX. Your semen is your OIL and ya best not get caught without it (we know what happened to the 5 unprepared virgins).

 I like your reasoning bro. tell me something though, i dont mean to get all up in your business, but since linny is banned she can't mess this up. In your marriage were you still keeping your vow? I mean when you were married did you still withhold? did having daily access to it make it harder for you to withstand?

She wasn't messing me up when she was on the board. I had/have no dealings with her. When I was married I had become marred because I was spilling my seed and depleting myself. Its very hard to practice the semen retention when you are in the fire of temptation. And it makes sense why christ said "Pray ye that ye enter NOT INTO TEMPTATION". Because once you enter into temptation it is extremely hard to get out of it. Peace. Are you saying you and linny never had sex and you never consumated your marriage vows? inquiring minds wanna know. She wasn't messing me up when she was on the board. I did not say that. I said I was marred when I was married because I engaged in sexual activity. What I was telling 1dell, LaWedda is sexual activity should only be done for pro-creation and not for pleasure. The orgasm (highest pleasure) is nature's added bonus that we experience while seeking to create life. But notice when orgasm is achieved it releases the fluids that create life. This should give you a hint in understanding how sex is to be used. The male must be on guard because his orgasm depletes him of his life fluid (semen). Tremendous care must be taken to insure minimal loss, and any spilling of this fluid should be in sacrifice of LIFE; That is giving life to somone, ie., new born child. You may have mis-read what I posted. I said I was marred during my marriage because I engaged in sex not for pro-creation but rather the usual reasons - pleasure, emotion, etc.. Was I working everytime I had sex ? I don't understand what you mean by that.
